Spendly is designed to work locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not use login, and does not store your personal budget data on external servers.

Spendly does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data from within the app.
All budget information, transactions, categories, and other financial entries you create in the app are stored locally on your own iPhone.
2. No Accounts or Cloud Storage
Spendly does not require user registration and does not provide account creation, login, or cloud sync.
Your data remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. No Third-Party Data Sharing
Because Spendly does not collect your data, it does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
4. Data Security
Since your information is stored locally on your device, the security of that information depends in part on the security settings of your iPhone and your personal use of the device.
5. Device Backups
Spendly itself does not provide cloud backup or remote storage. However, your device may include local or Apple backup options depending on your personal iPhone settings. Those backups are managed by Apple, not by Spendly.
6. Children's Privacy
Spendly does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because the app does not collect user data.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
